It’s a historic summer for Zorvino Vineyards in Sandown, N.H. Established in 2004, this August marks the vineyard’s 20th anniversary. Over the course of the past 20 years, Zorvino Vineyards has grown from a small tasting room into an award winning winery, vineyard and venue. Their anniversary year offers a moment to reflect on how much they’ve grown, and look to the future. To commemorate two-decades in business, Zorvino Vineyards is hosting a weeklong anniversary celebration, from August 7 through August 11, that will feature a special Italian Wine Dinner Paring, hot air balloons, food trucks and fun for the whole family.
Zorvino Vineyards’ CEO, Amy Zanello, says that the vineyard’s growth and success over the past twenty years is all thanks to family and friends, friends who have become family and their amazing team.
“We are most exited to share this milestone with all those that have supported us over the years,” says Zanello, “It hasn’t been easy- it is a tough business, but we are incredibly grateful to be recognized for our wine, weddings, bistro and grounds.”
The 20th anniversary celebration begins on Wednesday, August 7 with their special 20th Anniversary Italian Wine Dinner Paring, featuring live music from pianist Craig Fahey. The menu will include panzanella salad, crab cakes, osso bucco, chicken saltimbocca and tiramisu- all perfectly paired with Zorvino wines.
Zorvino Vineyards is celebrating their 20th anniversary with a weeklong celebration from August 7- 11.
On Thursday, August 8, stop by the vineyard for yard games, like bocce and corn hole (which will be available every day of the celebration), and enjoy live music with acoustic performer Ken Clark. On Friday, August 9, enjoy the musical stylings of Karen Grenier, and take a tethered hot air balloon ride (also available on Saturday), thanks to A&A Balloon Ride, LLC.
On Saturday, August 10, Zorvino will host food trucks from noon to 5 p.m., with a bouncy house and kids’ crafts. Winemakers Dave and Sam will host a Q&A from 1- 3 p.m., with wine samples, while Evan Goodrow and SpaceHeaters & Friends play throughout the day. You can finish your full day at the vineyard with a tethered hot air balloon ride.
The celebration week concludes on Sunday August 11, with more food trucks and kid friendly events, another winemaker Q&A with Dave and Sam and live music with Chris O’Neil.
“I’m looking forward to taking a few moments to stop and take it all in, and really appreciate how much we have grown and feel all the feels,” says Zanello, “I kind of get emotional just thinking about it!”
