In 2018 Greg was on an adventure to Italy. On this magical adventure, he found himself driving through rolling hills with sunflowers as far as the eye could see. Being from NH, he had never seen anything quite like it. Unfortunately, the flowers were past bloom, but he could envision what it would look like in all its glory. Greg – having ten years of farming under his belt – decided right then and there that he was going to grow a field of sunflowers so that he could witness the spectacle. For his first trial season, Greg was able to find 2 acres to lease, and Sunfox Farm was born! Greg, after a lot of hard work finally made his dream a reality as the flowers began to bloom… and oh did they bloom!
